Description: The Bio - Containment work station is a Laminar Flow Equipment / Instrument with 1 Piece tempered glass door with imported gloves & glove ports placed on gas spring, so as to avoid Spillage of Product into the Room. This Booth is provided with the centrifugal motor blower Assembly with single phase power connection to produce the required air quantity at required pressure. Fresh air is drawn from the room trough 5 micron filter, then it passes through 0.3 micron filter, and it’s way to working area, where the production is being done. And this air is exhausted through a 0.3 micron filter with the help of an exhaust motor, blower assembly. The unit is equipped with Full toughened glass / Poly Carbonate Sheet doors in working area for maintenance purpose.

This Booth is provided with the centrifugal motor blower Assembly with Three phase power connection to produce the required air quantity at required pressure. Fresh air is drawn from the room trough 5 micron filter, then it passes through 0.3 micron filter, and it’s way to working area, where the production is being done. And this is 30% exhaust air System. This air is exhausted through a 0.3 micron filter. The unit is equipped with Full toughened glass / Poly Carbonate Sheet doors in working area for maintenance purpose

Purpose: To clean the Bins or Cottons which are coming from outside & transfer into Ware House Area
Description: The De-Dusting Booth is an Equipment which will clean the Bins or Cottons whenever it entering to the De-Dusting Booth. Later on it will enters into the De-Dusting chamber which consists of a centrifugal blower assembly driven by 3-phase motor to produce required quantity of air at required pressure up to a maximum pressure of 100 mm wc. The Centrifugal Blower takes air from the room with 10 micron filters and then it deliver it through 5micron filter to the De-dusting chamber through SS nozzles with a high velocity .This high velocity air jet which delivers high velocity of air hits the bins or cottons in all directions and clean the particles accumulated on the surfaces of Bins or cottons. These particles travel with the air and fall down wards and these particles are collected by the filter which are provided in the exhaust air path which are washable. The exhaust blower provided is a Single Phase Dynamic Blowers.
Purpose: To clean the Peoples who are coming from return change room and enter into the corridors.

The Air Shower interlocking system controls the sequential locking and release of the doors & controls the Blower. The two doors are interlocked such that two doors cannot be open at the same time, to prevent pressure losses and cross contamination.

Description: Dispensing Booth / Sampling Booth is basically a reverse flow laminar air workstation contains a high static DIDW fan with built-in motor to produce the required quantity of air. This unit is of re-circulatory type with a continuous exhaust of 5-10% of the total air quantity and the same will be compensated by fresh air joining at the suction filter section, drawn from the atmosphere/room.
Purpose: To Transfer the material/objects from non classified to classified area so as to protect the objects and process from contamination.
Description: Dynamic Pass Box is basically Vertical flow air work station contains a high static fan with built in motor to produce the required quantity of air. This unit is of re-circulatory type which is vertical flow and the same air is re-circulated through 5 Micron filter section, then enters into work area through HEPA filter section and small amount of fresh air is taken from the more clean room area through fresh air filter.
Pass box is used for material transfer from one area to another area. It consists of a rectangular box with two/three doors. The two/three doors are Electro magnetically inter locked such that any of two/three doors cannot be open at the same time, to prevent Pressure losses and cross contamination.

Purpose: To store the sterilized garments. Garment cabinet is equipped with a UV lamp to kill any bacteria if at all present. A CFL lamp is provided for lighting. Trays are Provided in the work area to place the garments.
Description: The Sterile Garment Storage cabinet is provided with a centrifugal blower assembly with single-phase built-in motor to produce the required quantity of air at required pressure. Fresh air is drawn from the room through a 5-micron filter and then it passes through 0.3-micron filter on its way to working area where garments are stored. The air after passing through working area is allowed to pass through perforated base of work area through a exhaust filter by the way of natural pressure difference between work area and room.
Garment cabinet is equipped with a UV lamp to kill any bacteria if at all present. A CFL lamp is provided for lighting. SS Perforated Trays are Provided in the work area to place the garments.
